For owners who sell a high ticket offer
We book sales calls for a small number of high ticket businesses, through LinkedIn outreach that starts conversations now and search presence that compounds for years. The same system took one client to 750k in her first year, and well over a million five months into year two.
Every call is qualified before it reaches you.

The problem
The clients come in waves. When things go quiet there is no reliable way to turn them back on, so the business leans on referrals and hope. Ads feel like a gamble, and most agencies hand you leads while keeping the machine a black box, so you stay dependent on them forever.
We do it differently: the system is built around your offer, run for you, and shown to you while it runs. Calls land on your calendar now, the search asset compounds underneath, and you are never left wondering what you are paying for.
What we run for you
Outreach run daily through your own profile on private software your competitors cannot buy. Prospects arrive qualified, not cold.
How it worksSeventeen steps, four phases, every month. An asset that keeps paying after the retainer ends.
The full processWhen buyers ask an assistant who to hire, it names three. The work of being one of them.

She came to us through a referral, on her first day in business. No client list, no system, just a good offer. We built her outreach, ran her LinkedIn prospecting, and taught her to turn those conversations into paying clients.
750k in year one. Well over a million five months into year two. From outreach.

How we work
We are not renting you leads. The system gets built around your offer and run for you, and it is never a black box: you watch every piece of it work, so what we build becomes something you own rather than something you rent.
Who runs it
Truscaling is run by Kenny Garcia, who has driven over 15 million dollars in revenue across SaaS and marketing. The person you meet on the call is the person who builds your system and runs it, with the team behind him on design, prospecting, and automation.
The path in
So we understand your business and where you are stuck. Two minutes, not a questionnaire.
We map the gap together and see if it is a fit. A no from either side is a fine outcome.
Built around your offer, run for you, and shown to you as it produces.
What to expect
Weeks one and two are warm up, so the outreach lands from a credible account instead of a cold one. From week three the outreach runs daily and conversations start. The ranges we quote for the first 45 days depend on the vertical, and we put them on the table on the call: for matchmakers, one to three clients landed. For estate planning attorneys, ten to fifteen booked calls. Search is the slow engine on purpose, compounding over six to nine months while LinkedIn does the near term work.
The terms
That is the arrangement: two to three clients within the first 45 days of your campaign launching, or we work the next 45 at no charge. If it still has not worked, we refund you. The clock starts when the campaign goes live, not when you pay, and the exact terms are written into the agreement, not left to memory.
We can only offer that because of the vetting. We take businesses whose offer, close rate, and capacity we have checked ourselves, which is exactly what the call is for.
And before we quote you anything, you get the audit. A real data review of your site and your search presence, walked through on screen. You keep it whether or not we ever work together.
Questions owners actually ask
The crossroads
Either the calendar fills on purpose: conversations started every day with people who can afford what you sell, a search presence that gets stronger while you sleep, and a system you can see working. Or it is another year of waves, referrals, and hoping the phone rings.
The first step is thirty minutes and an honest answer, including the honest no.
